Certification of Competency Animal Welfare Officer (AWO)

LEP Indonesia has done 8 certifications of competency Animal Welfare Officer from 2022 until 2024. The event also collaborates with the Indonesia Australia Red Meat & Cattle Partnership (IACCB) and LSP PI (Indonesia Livestock of Profession Certification Institute) to organize this Event. Around 156 participants from feedlots, abattoirs, and local government staff have been certified for the next 4 years.

The event was held in Lampung, Bogor, Bandung, Medan, Banjarbaru, and Tangerang. For 2025 the certification of competency will be held on 20-22 January 2025 at South Tangerang.
