Technical Assistant for Abattoir to Obtain Halal Certificate

Nine abattoirs took part in this technical assistance. We assisted them until they obtained the halal certificate. This assistance included preparing documents, obtaining a halal supervisor certificate, and a halal slaughterman certificate if they didn't have them yet. This assistance also included internal training, preparation before the audit, and audit simulation. The average time until they obtain the halal certificate is around four months.
