Master Cuts Online
Limited visits during the COVID-19 pandemic do not mean not upgrading any skills and knowledge, including beef cutting. On 10 February 2021, the LEP team conducted an online workshop namely Mastercuts with Mr. David Carew as the material provider for the use of cuts of meat to increase the added value sold to the consumer level.
The use of value-added cuts of meat can help the beef slaughtering industry to increase sales during this difficult time by offering added value to consumers to be able to cook beef at home with traditional or restaurant-style concepts.
1 abattoir team in one area of Bogor received this workshop material to develop their beef products for public consumption, especially in the modern / retail market.
